Effective Date: July 29, 2026
Last Updated: September 1, 2026

These Website Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of www.jacquelinehudson.com, the official professional website of Jacqueline Hudson.

In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Jacqueline Hudson in connection with this website and her professional activities.

By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Website Purpose

This website presents Jacqueline Hudson’s professional background and work as a Senior Media & Marketing Executive, television host, presenter, producer, editorial writer and voice-over artist.

It provides professional information, portfolio materials, media examples and contact details for employment opportunities, media appearances, professional engagements and collaborations.

Website content is provided for general informational and professional evaluation purposes. Nothing on this website, or the submission of an inquiry, creates an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, endorsement, representation agreement or confirmed engagement.

2. Professional Areas

Jacqueline Hudson’s professional work encompasses:

  • Media strategy and executive leadership.

  • Marketing, brand development and strategic communications.

  • Content development and editorial leadership.

  • Television hosting, presenting and interviewing.

  • Producing and writing for television and digital media.

  • Editorial writing, publishing and documentary storytelling.

  • Commercial and cinematic voice-over.

  • Select media appearances and brand collaborations.

The inclusion of a professional area or portfolio example does not guarantee availability, acceptance of an engagement or the provision of a particular service.

3. Employment and Professional Inquiries

Recruiters, employers, broadcasters, publishers, agencies and other professional contacts may use the website’s published contact details to discuss relevant opportunities.

Submitting an inquiry, receiving portfolio materials or discussing availability does not create a contractual obligation.

Employment terms must be agreed directly with the prospective employer. Independent engagements are confirmed only when the parties have agreed in writing to the applicable scope, compensation, deliverables, schedule and other material terms, and any required agreement has been signed.

A retainer or advance payment is required only where specified in the relevant agreement.

Jacqueline Hudson may accept, decline or request changes to a proposed engagement, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

4. Fees, Deliverables and Usage Rights

Fees for independent engagements are agreed individually and may depend on:

  • The nature, scope and duration of the work.

  • Preparation, research, writing and recording requirements.

  • Deliverables, revisions and production responsibilities.

  • Distribution channels, media and geographic territory.

  • Usage period, exclusivity and advertising rights.

  • Travel, equipment and other agreed expenses.

Payment for an engagement does not, by itself, grant unrestricted rights to the resulting material or to Jacqueline Hudson’s name, image, voice or likeness.

Ownership, licensing, editing permissions, attribution, publication rights and permitted uses must be addressed in the relevant written agreement. Employment-related ownership and usage rights are governed by the applicable employment agreement and law.

Additional uses, renewals, expanded distribution or exclusivity may require further written permission and compensation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, payment deadlines and refund terms are governed by the relevant agreement.

5. Onsite and Remote Engagements

Onsite and remote engagements are subject to prior agreement concerning location, schedule, personnel, equipment, access and project requirements.

Travel and associated expenses must be agreed in advance.

Products, equipment, wardrobe, samples or other materials should not be shipped without written authorization and confirmed delivery instructions. Responsibility for shipping, insurance, care and returns must be agreed before dispatch.

Receipt of an unsolicited product does not create an obligation to review, feature, endorse, publish or return it, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Materials

Website content may include:

  • Photographs, portraits and professional imagery.

  • Television segments, interviews, reels and documentary excerpts.

  • Voice recordings and audio demonstrations.

  • Articles, scripts, biographies and other written material.

  • Professional profiles and presentation materials.

  • Branding, graphics, logos and signature marks.

These materials are owned by Jacqueline Hudson or used under permissions, licences or other lawful grounds. Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Jacqueline Hudson’s name, image, voice and likeness may also be protected by applicable privacy, publicity, trademark and other laws.

You may view the website for legitimate personal or professional evaluation. Materials expressly offered for download may be downloaded and shared privately with relevant hiring or commissioning personnel for that purpose, subject to any stated restrictions.

Except as expressly permitted, authorized in writing or allowed by applicable law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license or commercially exploit website materials.

Do not remove ownership notices, credits or watermarks, or present website materials as your own work.

Linking to public website pages is permitted where the link is lawful, accurate and does not falsely imply endorsement, employment, representation or affiliation.

Nothing in these terms restricts uses that applicable law permits without authorization, including qualifying fair use.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Synthetic Media

No permission is granted through website access, public availability or receipt of professional materials to use Jacqueline Hudson’s protected content, name, image, voice or likeness for:

  • Artificial-intelligence training or machine-learning datasets.

  • Facial recognition or biometric identification systems.

  • Digital replicas, virtual performers or synthetic presenters.

  • Face replacement or face swapping.

  • Voice cloning or speech synthesis that imitates her voice.

  • Avatars, deepfakes or fabricated appearances.

  • Synthetic endorsements or generative advertising.

  • Manipulated recordings that falsely portray her words, actions or participation.

To the extent authorization is required by applicable law, these uses require a separate, express written agreement identifying the approved purpose, technology, scope, duration and compensation.

An ordinary engagement or content licence does not include AI or synthetic-media permissions unless expressly stated.

These provisions are subject to rights and exceptions that cannot lawfully be restricted.

8. Editorial Content and Professional Credits

Articles, interviews, documentaries, commentary and other editorial materials may reflect information and perspectives available at the time they were created. Historical content may not reflect subsequent developments.

Professional credits and portfolio examples describe the role identified in the accompanying material. Displaying an excerpt does not imply ownership of the entire underlying work.

References to broadcasters, publications, employers, brands, interview subjects or collaborators do not, by themselves, imply a current relationship or endorsement.

Editorial and documentary material is provided for general information and cultural discussion. It is not individualized legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

9. Brand Partnerships and Endorsements

Any paid partnership, sponsored appearance, gifted-product arrangement or other material connection requiring disclosure will be identified in accordance with applicable law.

A reference to a product, organization or individual does not automatically constitute an endorsement.

No person or organization may claim Jacqueline Hudson’s endorsement, approval or participation without authorization. Permission to use a quotation, recording or appearance must not be used to create a misleading impression of her views or experience.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or its contact channels to:

  • Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

  • Submit fraudulent, deceptive or impersonated inquiries.

  • Falsely claim an affiliation, engagement or endorsement.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected systems.

  • Introduce malicious software or disrupt website operation.

  • Harvest personal information or systematically extract protected content without authorization.

  • Harass, threaten or unlawfully exploit another person.

  • Submit sexually explicit, exploitative or unsafe proposals.

  • Alter or circulate materials in a way that falsely attributes statements, conduct or endorsements to Jacqueline Hudson.

These restrictions do not prohibit lawful criticism, reporting or other protected expression.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect website security.

11. Professional Standards and Safety

Professional engagements must have a clearly disclosed purpose and scope.

Relevant concepts, scripts, locations, participants, wardrobe requirements, physical-contact requirements and intended uses must be disclosed and agreed in advance where applicable.

Jacqueline Hudson does not accept nude, implied-nude, sexually explicit or exploitative assignments.

She may decline or discontinue work involving unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or materially altered conditions, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

The financial consequences of cancellation or early termination are governed by that agreement and applicable law.

12. Submitted Materials and Confidentiality

You should submit only materials you are authorized to share.

Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials. It permits their reasonable review and handling for the purpose of responding to or evaluating the proposed opportunity.

Do not submit confidential scripts, unpublished business plans, sensitive personal information or proprietary material unless appropriate arrangements have first been agreed.

An unsolicited submission does not, by itself, create a nondisclosure agreement or an obligation to accept, develop, publish or compensate you for an idea. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Accuracy and No Guarantee of Outcomes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep professional information accurate, but the website may contain errors, omissions or outdated material.

Portfolio examples and past experience illustrate professional work. They do not guarantee a particular audience response, employment outcome, publication decision, campaign result or financial return.

Website content and availability may change without notice. Confirm any information material to an engagement directly before relying on it.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain embedded media or links to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, broadcasters, publications and other third-party services.

Those services have their own terms, privacy policies and content practices. Jacqueline Hudson does not control their operation, availability or security.

A link or embedded feature does not, by itself, indicate endorsement of all content or practices associated with that service.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

No warranty is made that the website will operate without interruption, remain free from errors or harmful components, or be compatible with every device or browser.

Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, duty or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website disclaimers do not replace express obligations in a separate professional agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jacqueline Hudson will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, reliance on its general content or interaction with linked third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to an employment relationship or professional engagement is governed by the applicable agreement and law.

17. Privacy

Please review the Jacqueline Hudson Privacy Policy for information about how personal information may be collected, used, shared and retained.

Acknowledging these terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional cookies, promotional communications or other processing that requires separate consent.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory rules governing the applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes protections or rights available under the laws of another jurisdiction where those protections or rights cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised to reflect changes in website features, professional activities or applicable requirements.

The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date and will apply prospectively from publication, unless a later date is specified. Additional notice or consent will be provided where legally required.

Website updates do not amend an existing signed agreement unless that agreement permits the change or the parties separately agree.

20. Separate Agreements and Severability

A separate signed employment, engagement, licensing or confidentiality agreement governs its own subject matter. If it conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls for the relevant relationship or project.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
